The sponsored a Scavenger Hunt where all young guests were welcome to take part in a street fair scavenger hunt. They started by visiting the “Festival Fun For Kids” and obtaining a scavenger hunt card. While visiting other booths, they collected the answers. They returned their completed card to the tent for a prize.
New this year was a mini-golf 18 holes for $5 per person.
In the Kids area there was music, hula hooping, dancing, 60 second challenges, a photo booth, and by donation kids could make a button and get their face painted. Every hour on the hour they gathered around for old fashioned games.
Boys & Girls Club Torch Club members sold their weekend special “Lavender Spritzer” for $2. All proceeds benefited Torch Club, a small service Club for 11 to 13 year olds to help meet the character development needs of young adolescents.
