There are reports all over Sequim about the purple getting ready to show!  It’s that time of year when the lavender plants, depending on the variety, are starting to bloom.  Warm weather or not, it’s here!

FYI – The lavender bordering the streets of Sequim get a head start from the heat that radiates off the asphalt. And it smells AHHH-Mazing!

Look what happens when I miss a couple of weeks… wow!  Not only is it blooming but it’s time to harvest a couple varieties!

June 6, 2018 – What a beautiful evening in Sequim.   There are several varieties of Lavender and they bloom at different times.  We’ll post more about that next week.  In the meantime, enjoy these pictures!
