North America Lavender Conference

The next North America Lavender Conference will be held on October 18th - 20th 2008 in Sequim Washington.

The featured speaker will be Paul Abbott from the Isle of Wight Lavender in Great Britain.

If you're interested in growing lavender, distilling lavender oil, making lavender products, marketing lavender, or simply utilizing this amazing, fragrant herb in your home, garden, or otherwise, you don't want to miss this conference. The conference will feature numerous workshops on practical aspects of growing, utilizing, marketing and appreciating lavender. Some of the topics are propogating, internet marketing, cooking, working with hydrosols and cosmetic regulations. The final day, Monday, will be spent visiting three of the farms. The Conference is sponsored by the Sequim Lavender Growers Association.
